CUSTOMIZATION SERVICES
Using state of the art production techniques, we can customize our pieces to create your line of apparel
EMBROIDERY
The logo is reproduced by stitching threads directly into fabric. The actual stitching process is fully automatic and performed by computerised embroidery machines.
Choose From: Filled Embroidery, Outline Embroidery
VINYL HEAT TRANSFER
The heat transfer printing method applies custom designs using a process that uses a combination of heat and pressure. With the heat transfer process, an unlimited amount of colours can be used for graphics, making it a more cost effective option compared to screen printing.
SCREEN PRINTING
A classic method of printing graphics onto garments, screen printing allows for a long lasting and high quality finish. Since ink is applied thicker than other printing methods, screen printed applications are more durable and can withstand more stress without losing quality.
APPLIQUE
Appliqué means applying one piece of fabric to another – usually shapes or designs on top of a fabric background – and it can be a practical way to add some depth to your designs. Applique is often enhanced using different coloured or textured threads around the edges of the fabric
Choose From: Fleece Applique, Twill, Applique, Ventex Applique
Cut & Sew
The cut & sew technique is a process used to sew different fabrics, or fabric colours together to form a complete garment. This method is a great way to add texture, and colour variety to our styles.
KNITS
If you have a specific pattern in mind, we have the capability of developing custom knit fabrics for you. Knits are a great way of achieving a more custom, premium aesthetic for your garments. Choose from our large selection of colours to get the look you want.
SUBLIMATION
Sublimation is a digital printing technology using full colour artwork transferred on to fabric through heat and pressure. This is a popular method for printing high quality images onto various fabrics and items. The result is an image with the perfect clarity. There are many benefits to this technique as the process allows unlimited colour and designs that don’t fade, peel or crack.
